The TSI PortaCount 8048 is an OSHA-compliant quantitative respirator fit testing system for N95 masks and all tight-fitting respirators, including Series 99, 100, and FFP3 filtering facepieces. FitCheck Mode delivers real-time visibility into fit changes throughout donning and adjustment. Video animations guide users through correct exercise movements during testing, and group fit testing supports up to four simultaneous tests. Supports the OSHA-approved fast fit test protocol for a 65% reduction in test time. All rentals come with 25 free N95 Push Probes, more are available upon request at an additional cost.
