I’m an early-career industrial hygiene professional whose company has relied on RAECO Rents for a number of years. Their service is excellent, and I’ve never had an issue with the equipment they’ve sent us.
More than that, they’re incredibly responsive and always willing to provide in-depth technical insight. I recently called with a question about the recommended sampling duration for a benzene tube when using a MultiRAE 3000. The representative I spoke with immediately took the time to talk it through with me, explained what their clients typically do in the field, and even tracked down the manufacturer’s documentation, which recommended a 15-minute sampling duration. Being able to call with a niche technical question and actually getting to talk to someone who is knowledgeable and wanting to help is incredibly valuable.
We’re incredibly happy with the service RAECO Rents provides and fully intend to keep working with them for years to come!

As an old timer industrial hygienist, I have always been impressed with RAECO Rents - for more than 20 years. Their equipment is always calibrated, set up correctly, fully charged up, and works every time. This is so important because as a consultant, if the equipment isn't working correctly at the start of a project, I lose a day of billable hours. I also like the fact that they put in a little candy bar with the equipment because as all industrial hygienists know, once you start a monitoring job, you don't get to leave to get lunch or anything.
The customer service team including Jason and the others do a great job with follow up. I would recommend them very highly.

The equipment is really well taken care of and thought went into putting cord keepers with velcro. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend and will use them again.

Raeco is phenomenal at what they do. I use them for many, many projects every year and in 8 years (I think) of using them I have had one problem...and it was due to a shipping problem, not in their control.
Rent from them and you won't regret it! They are expert and actually know their equipment and how it works. They are not one of those shops that just have a rental fleet that they don't understand when you call from the field with questions.

I had the best experience with Raeco. I own buildings in NYC and need some scanning equipment. I was lucky to have Kristina help me who was just awesome. The product arrived on time in great shape. We had some questions and their staff was so helpful. The prices are very fair. Excellent customer service from the first minute. I would recommend to anyone in need of their products to rent from them. Again, thank you Kristina.

Based on a last minute client request, I was in need of 25 sampling pumps on one day's notice. The team at RAECO went into action and pulled together everything I needed and had them delivered to my office on the date promised. Their level of service and the quality of equipment rented is always top notch!
Great experience! From the first phone call with a human being and not a menu, to the quick ship, to the ease of return, the process of renting a lead paint detector device was wonderful. Just being able to rent such a device and the ease of doing such is much appreciated! Cannot recommend highly enough! Will be renting again for the next phase of our lead abatement in NYC. Thanks!

I rent something from Raeco just about every week, and every time they are able to accommodate my requests, and they don’t get upset during my occasional needs for rescheduling projects or unusual orders. Consistently friendly customer service and assistance with questions when needed. No matter where I am working throughout the country, the equipment is there on time and works - not once in 4 years have they dropped the ball in getting me something on time (can’t say the same for some other rental companies). I can depend on their equipment to work as it is supposed to and provide me with the data I need. I highly recommend them.

I feel guilty for having not reviewed Raeco yet. I've been using them exclusively for the past 4-5 years and have never been disappointed. Jordan knows the equipment better than anyone you'll find. Matt and Randy always put you first and the equipment always shows up on time and in good working shape.

I hadn't rented equipment in about 2 years, and Jordan was patient and accurate to help me meet my actual needs for a week long monitoring. We set up a contract "easy peasy", the equipment came as promised, and any questions or information were immediately handled.

I have rented from Raeco Rents for much of my Safety and IH equipment for many years. They have always provided great equipment and good service.
