- Can I quickly reach a rental representative by telephone or by email?
- Do they ask specific questions about my survey?
- Did they offer helpful suggestions? (Sensors, accessories, power requirements, consumables.)
- Is the equipment current?
- Do they offer both the latest models and software?
- Can a complete kit be shipped, including any accessories?
- Are rental rates noted on the website? (Should you really have to call to get a rental rate quote?)
- Do they utilize a checklist noting that an instrument has been calibrated and functionally checked, prior to shipping?
- Will I be provided with a current calibration certificate(s)?
- Can they provide technical support, especially for data downloading?
- Do they provide free return shipping on rental orders of $750 or more?
- Do they provide a prepaid return label, automatically unless told otherwise? (No charge for unutilized shipping labels.)
- Do they provide a free snack bar with every rental order?
