Which service center ships your order
You do not choose — we route it. Orders are fulfilled from whichever facility puts the instrument on your site soonest, based on your delivery address and what is on the shelf.
Midwest, East & South
Typically ships from Gurnee, Illinois — our headquarters and the location that stocks the full catalog.
West & Mountain West
Typically ships from South Salt Lake, Utah, cutting a day or more off transit to the Rockies, Southwest, and Pacific states.
Alaska, Hawaii & territories
We ship there, but not on standard ground terms. Call us and we will quote freight and transit for your address before you commit.

Rentals of $750 or more ship free by ground within the contiguous 48, and return shipping is free as well. Below $750, ground shipping is paid by the customer in both directions. Rush and overnight upgrades are quoted at cost on any order.
Orders placed before our daily cutoff are calibrated, packed, and dispatched the same day. Ground transit then depends on distance from whichever service center fills the order. If you have a hard date, tell us and we will confirm what it takes to hit it before you commit.
Regularly. Mines, lease sites, active construction, and environmental monitoring stations are routine destinations for us. If the address has access restrictions, gate hours, or no dock, tell us up front and we will plan the delivery around it.
Usually yes — projects move, and we would rather work around that than have you ship equipment home first. Let us know when you book, or call before the return so we can get the right label to the right place.
Every rental includes NIST-traceable calibration performed before it ships, with certificates where applicable. Support is a phone call away for the life of the rental if anything looks wrong in the field.
