RAECO Rents SMS Order Update Terms & Conditions

Program Description

RAECO Rents LLC ("RAECO," "we," "us," or "our") offers a text messaging (SMS) program that sends order status and delivery update notifications to customers who opt in ("the Program"). Message types include, but are not limited to:

Order confirmation
Equipment shipped / in transit
Delivery scheduled or completed
Rental pickup and return reminders
Order or shipping exceptions requiring your attention

Consent

You may opt in to the Program in either of the following ways:

Online: By checking the SMS opt-in box (not pre-selected) during account setup or order submission on RAECO's customer portal.
Verbally: By confirming your consent by phone with a RAECO account representative. In this case, the representative will read you this disclosure — the type of messages you'll receive, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help — and will record your consent, along with the date and time, in your account record.

Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase or rental. You may opt in or out at any time as described below.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your order and rental activity. You may receive multiple messages per order (e.g., confirmation, shipped, delivered).

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this Program unless you opt back in. You may also contact us directly at rents@raecorents.com or 866-736-8347 to be removed.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers. Coverage may vary.

Privacy

Your phone number and related information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Changes to These Terms

RAECO may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
