The Jerome J605 by Arizona Instruments is a portable hydrogen sulfide analyzer designed for ultra-low-level H₂S monitoring in odor complaints, hazardous waste sites, spill response, and SCADA-integrated environmental monitoring. Using field-proven gold film sensor technology, the J605 detects H₂S from 3 ppb–10 ppm with a resolution of 0.02 ppb, across three sampling modes — Manual, Survey, and Auto — with response times between 12 and 53 seconds. A rechargeable battery provides up to 24 hours of continuous operation, and onboard datalogging stores up to 20,000 samples across 80 labeled locations with USB and 4–20 mA analog output for SCADA integration. Accepted by EPA and ATSDR for cleanup applications.
