The TSI PortaCount 8040 is an OSHA-compliant quantitative respirator fit testing system supporting all tight-fitting respirators, including Series 99, 100, and FFP3 filtering facepiece respirators. FitCheck Mode provides real-time feedback on how fit changes during donning and adjustment, helping workers find the right mask quickly. Built-in video animations guide users through proper exercise movements, and group fit testing allows up to four simultaneous tests with four PortaCount units. Supports the OSHA-approved fast fit test protocol.
